lockandlolz Punishing breakdowns, a screamer with a full range, obscure jazz-like sweeping scales, and tasteful effects, come together nicely here. Not to discredit the rest of the band at all.

great job.

Shaun Hamilton I heard about this band through a Facebook friend and took his advice to listen to them. I was immediately drawn to the sound. Such a solid EP from beginning to end! Much love to the boiz in Monasteries.... can't wait for the new stuff!

Nani Popper! At the time of purchase I hadn't listened to more than F(r)iend. About 4 times in a row. I don't know if it's just because i'm high as fuck but this is the most straight-up no dick-pullin' heaviest shit i've simply ever heard. With sneaky melodies. My sweet tits it's just so good. These breakdowns are so fucking ugly♥ Chugs for days. Favorite track: F(r)iend.

See what ive seen and you might just know how this world is out of focus all they give is false hope ill augment a palace from your bones we all live and die alone, wake the dead let the demons take control ill make a dead talk and you’ll take the final fall ill make a dead talk and you’ll take the final fall the grasp around my neck is getting tighter crumbling through the mirrors we cant see through the walls outside the boundaries they wont ever let me be still they continue to burn me burn me ill augment a palace from your bones a vertebrae for each step this throne embodied in bone my cavity of malice to call my own and in my bitterness, irresolute and forlorn their jaded eyes won’t leave me alone everything I see is red (exercise the demons within) i carved this warpath all the way TO THE END Close my eyes and hope, for a better day each passing moment, turns blue to grey let every bridge i burn, animate every path i turn x4
